Within the framework of recent transformations in Pampas, different studies refer to changes in rural subjects in the dimensions that define them. However, few analyze agricultural workers of management. As a result of this absence, these are “invisible” actors within the analysis of the sector, and within these, some types of workers more than others. In this sense, in general, in the agrarian studies the professionals who direct the current production are mentioned, but few refer to other profiles of workers in charge of these same tasks. In the present work, we propose to characterize the employees that direct agricultural holdings in the Pampas region, pointing out different profiles and socio-labor dynamics around the management of these productive units. To develop this objective, first, the main bibliographical references on the subject will be reviewed; secondly, within the framework of a larger sample, those farms that wage management will be identified, in three departaments in the province of Buenos Aires; Thirdly, different types of social dynamics will be described, based on identifying the ways in which social relations are constructed and the profiles of workers. Finally, we will reflect on the existence of relevant differences in the way of building business management, and the importance that workers acquire in current agricultural production
