EL PROGRAMA CAMBIO RURAL EN EL PERIURBANO PLATENSE. UN ESTUDIO DESDE LA PERSPECTIVA DE LOS ACTORES (2009-2017)

Abstract

This work seeks to account for the functioning, achievements and difficulties of the Rural Change program in the plains peri-urban area, in the period 2009-2017. The study is developed based on a qualitative strategy, based on the perception of different actors that participated in the Program. The actor-oriented approach developed by Norman Long (2007) is taken as a conceptual framework, which rescues the protagonism of the individual as a social actor. Semistructured interviews were carried out with producers, INTA technician and promoters-advisors involved in the Program in the reference period of the study. In addition, secondary sources of information were analyzed regarding the operation of the program in general and in particular in the territory under study
