Regarding to welfare and its production, a question that usually emerges points to the attribution of responsibilities by the different spheres of the social structure. In this sense, this article seeks to publicize the research on governance in the provision of welfare, taking as a case the School of the Agricultural Family (EFA) 4155 Colonia “El Pincen”, located in the town of Salazar, Province of Buenos Aires, Argentina. This intention runs through both the research questions, as well as the main theoretical perspectives and concomitant methodological strategy, leading to the main findings and conclusions reached. All of which refer to a proximity and multilevel governance, to meet the commitments assumed, translated into responsibilities awarded by the EFA in the face of social inequalities observed in the territory.
