UNA MESA SIN DIÁLOGO. ANÁLISIS SOBRE UNA POLÍTICA PÚBLICA RECIENTE PARA LA TIERRA EN SANTIAGO DEL ESTERO

Abstract

The expansion of the agricultural frontier in Argentina, gave rise to processes of concentration of the land and processes of resistance on the part of the communities and peasants that inhabit it and work. Santiago del Estero is a national exponent of the changes and dynamics of capital in the national rural production, and conflicts and struggles to defend the territory by the peasants. The different ways of understanding the earth by the agents condition their actions and configure a context of complex approach. This paper aims to analyze a provincial public policy, the "Dialogue Table for Land and Production", created in 2011 in response to the demands of communities and peasant organizations.
