Abstract

This study analyzes the operation and scope of the experience of the Territorial Market of the National University of Quilmes in a case study on the Agronomy Consumption Node. From the paradigm of the social and solidarity economy, this article delves into the construction of practices and meanings that lead to another model of food production and consumption.From a qualitative approach, participant observation was carried out and in-depth interviews were conducted with members and consumers of the Agronomy Node, as well as family producers who provide them with food. We analyze the existing documents that systematize the experiences of the Consumption Node and the Territorial Market.
