In this article I propose to show how in the last ten years the communities-Pueblo Los Chuschagasta and Tolombón, belonging to the Pueblo-Nation Diaguita of the Choromoro Valley (current Department of Trancas, province of Tucumán, Argentina) have managed to reverse the historic invisibility treatment and denial by dominant speeches in a context of territorial conflicts. Thus, I analyze their public-political positions, understood as identity policies and acts of denunciation whose purpose has been to become visible as subjects of political law and take the floor in the first person to claim and denounce for the fulfillment of their territorial rights. The reflections worked on in this article are the product of ethnographic research work initiated in 2015.
