CICLOS DE OCUPACIÓN ANUALES Y PATRONES DE MOVILIDAD DE LOS TRABAJADORES AGROPECUARIOS: UNA APROXIMACIÓN A SUS DETERMINANTES MEDIANTE TÉCNICAS DE ENSAMBLE LEARNING

Abstract

This paper presents an approach to some characteristics of the occupational cycles of agricultural wage earners in Argentina. Particularly, it addresses the type and forms of these cycles, as well as the forms assumed by unstable jobs in agricultural employment. Finally, it presents some questions about the functionality of these workers in agrarian structure. To do so, it uses the National Survey on Agricultural Workers (EnAA), carried out by the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Security (MTEySS), the Superintendence of Labor Risks (SRT) and the National Registry of Agricultural Workers and Employers (RENATEA).
