IMPACTOS ECONÓMICOS DE LA GESTIÓN DE LAS OBRAS DE INFRAESTRUCTURA HÍDRICA EN LA CUENCA DE LA LAGUNA LA PICASA. REGIÓN PAMPEANA ARGENTINA

Abstract

Picasa basin has an agricultural profile highlighted by soybean, corn and wheat. Gradual flooding has been appears, despite having water infrastructure works. Goal is determine the economic damage of a deficient management strategy of these infrastructurehydric works and contrast these result with potential benefits of an optimized strategy. Methodologically, has been make a trend scenario that supposes a lax and disconnected management policy, in front to other scenario optimized that assumes a coordinated and harmonious administration of the water infrastructure works. The trend scenario show earnings of 82 million dollars (period 2018-2030). The optimized scenario show benefits of 41 million dollars.
