Abstract

is paper describes the configuration process of rural and gender public policy in Northwest Argentina. Also revisit an experience located in the province of La Rioja, which begins with the first antecedents in the region and continues during the present. It is necessary to start from a review of the historical background, because there are no works that refer specifically to it. To characterize the experience of community organization, as well as the intervention of external organizations and the State, we start from the place of enunciation of the actors themselves. Here we try to problematize the rural planning proposals as homogeneous and generalized processes, during the 20th century.
