In the province of Chaco, the colonization, delivery and regularization of public land has historically been affected by fraudulent delivery processes. In recent decades, illegal access to public lands has been denounced in the public space by a wide spectrum of peasant and indigenous associations and organizations, and has involved the opening of a process of “social accountability”. In this sense, in this work we are interested in analyzing and understanding the litigation around the illegal access to public lands in the province of Chaco.
