The thesis addresses, from a historical perspective and with a gender focus, the policies and programs promoted by the National Agricultural Extension Service (SNEA) belonging to the National Institute of Agricultural Technology (INTA) in Colonia Caroya and Colonia Tirolesa, Norte Cordobés in two periods, the first, between 1963 and 1973, and, the second, between 2010 and 2020.
