Abstract

In this text we seek to analyze the fundamental aspects of state intervention in the operations of dairy activity in the period from 2002 to 2015. To do this, we will start from a relational conception of the State, in which the different relations of social force are condensed, noting the position of the most representative collective actors in relation to the measures implemented. In particular, we propose to analyze the nature of the principal measures related to intervention in the prices of dairy products, their relationship with the fluctuations in the dairy market and the actions of the different aspects of the sector. Finally, we offer some reflections on the degree of differentiation of the main initiatives of state action during the period in question.
