LA AGRICULTURA FAMILIAR CEBOLLERA EN EL VALLE BONAERENSE DEL RÍO COLORADO: ORGANIZACIONES, PROBLEMÁTICAS Y EXPRESIONES DE LA DESIGUALDAD

Abstract

In the Valle Bonaerense del Río Colorado, an onion region in the south of the Buenos Aires province, in recent years some of the largest national family farming organizations have been growing. In this article we aim to characterize family farming in the Valle Bonaerense del Río Colorad, its organizations and the problems of the sector, thinking of them in terms of expressions of inequality. For this we follow a qualitative methodology of analysis of interviews with key informants. We identified expressions of inequality of the family farming with respect to other actors regarding land tenure, budget, access to water and machinery, institutional participation and commercialization.
